1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using topbcpartners.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Directory Listings

Top BC Partners operates a curated directory of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partners and ISVs. Listings may be added, edited, or removed at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any listing. Visitors should independently verify information before engaging a listed firm.

3. Paid Subscriptions

• Verified Partner ($49/month) and Gold Partner ($199/month) plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Downgrading or cancelling a subscription will revert your listing to the free Member tier at the end of the current billing period.

4. User-Submitted Content

Reviews, claim requests, and other content you submit must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms, is defamatory, or is otherwise objectionable. By submitting content, you grant Top BC Partners a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Site.

5. Prohibited Use

• Submitting false or fraudulent reviews or claim requests.
• Attempting to scrape, copy, or reproduce directory data in bulk.
• Using the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Top BC Partners is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing, review, or other content.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
